plentiful with great taste. These are only suggestions and not for sale
Mediterranean Chickpea Salad:
Combine chickpeas,diced tomato,cucumber,feta cheese,parsley,red onion,kalamata olives,and lemon juice in a large bowl.Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Avocado and Black Bean Salad:
Toss together black beans,diced avocado,corn kernels,diced red bell pepper,red onion,cilantro,and lime juice in a large bowl.Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
½ ripe mango, ½ ripe avocado, 1 cup almond milk, 1 teaspoon honey, and a pinch of ground ginger.
